Taking the form of 3 x 1 hour monthly marketing strategy/programme sessions (which take place on the telephone; video conferencing or distance permitting in person), plus unlimited email support in between, this small business marketing coaching means that without even leaving your own office or home you will:

Learn how to plan and carry out your own marketing and communications campaigns. Have an experienced expert in marketing and communications coach who will co-create your marketing plan and promotional campaigns that you can execute. Secondly, as an experienced resource for brainstorming ideas with you, to suggest fresh ideas that you might never have come up with, and keep you informed of the latest techniques and opportunities in the ever changing market place which will keep you ahead of the competition whilst ensuring you are relevant and engaging to your target market.

This service is offered on an initial 3 month contracted service to allow for real time to get to know and understand the business to effectively produce your marketing plan and initial promotional/communications activity to your target market.

Your Own Personal Marketing & Communications Expert

I understand that running a small business is demanding and it is hard to both work in and on the business but you can look upon your own personal, marketing and communications coach as your very own extra "member of your team". My job is to get to know your own strengths and skills and build a marketing and communications programme around them.

What's more, each month I will also set out realistic and practical monthly actions that will keep moving your business forward. And having regular appointments to discuss progress is a great way of ensuring that your marketing and promotional communications jobs do get done.

Your Marketing Mentor will soon become a trusted advisor, playing the role you need them to play - whether it's one of branding, advertising or the ‘how’s and why’s of social media or just a great motivator to help you get things done.

There's no minimum or maximum time limit on how long you wish The Marketing Mentor Programme to continue outside the first three month commitment. Some clients only need a few months to be up and running - other clients may wish to avail of the service for longer, such clients often look upon this service as a vital component of their business development activity in their own small and growing businesses.

What Does it Cost?

Coaching with the Marketing Mentor is €300.00 per month. Mentoring will consist of three hour long coaching calls/engagements per month, plus unlimited email support as and when you need it between coaching calls to ensure the actions are progressing towards your goal.

Your commitment

To actively engage in marketing activity to grow your business. To invest your own time outside the time with the Marketing Mentor to achieve the goals of the marketing plan. Prepared to invest if required in marketing materials and or web presence.

Additional Support/Part-Time Marketing

If additional support is required for a bespoke project for your business outside of the ‘Marketing Mentor Programme’, i.e where you may need the services of a part-time marketing communications specialist on a short-term basis then this can be facilitated in negotiation with you.
